- What happens if it rains on my wedding day? We always discuss with you prior to the day a wet weather wedding plan. It usually is at the Gold Coast reception venue but we also have other options like hotel/resort venues or church/chapels. Talk to your wedding coordinator about what is the best option for you.
- When is the decision made? Depending on set up and wet weather plan this can be between 1 to 3 hours before your ceremony.
- What happens to the set up I chose? We endevour to make you feel just like you wanted on your special day & you have everything you imagined. We will style everything just as normal to ensure you get the same atmosphere you had anticipated.
- How will my guest know where to go? Make sure you have someone who can send a quick msg to all your guest in the event it should rain. Prior to the day the person chosen to distribute the message should add a group with all the guest contact numbers in their phone to easily select on the day if needed. But don’t worry its like chinese whispers your guest will find out!
